Dear Non-Arts & Craft Vendor (Food, Commercial, & Non-profit):

Hello; can you believe it's time to start thinking about Strawberries again? With the 2010 Strawberry Festival right around the corner ~ June  12, 2010, we are looking for a select few Food and Non-Art/Crafts Vendors and Non-profit Groups to join our event. Applications are requested and we will select our vendors from that pool of applicants beginning on April 12, 2010.  If your application is not approved, your vendor fees ($160.00 per space for commercial or food businesses or $65.00 per space for Non-profit groups) will be returned to you. The fee is non-refundable once our selections have been made and confirmation has been mailed.

Please adhere to the following guidelines:

1.     Vendors/Groups will submit paid application form to be considered as a possible vendor. Voided checks from vendors who are not selected will be returned to the vendor after April 27, 2010. SELECTED Vendors will be notified of placement after April 27, 2010

2.      SELECTED vendors may NOT sell beverages of any kind. The only location for beverage sales will be the DBA Pepsi Booths. 

3.     Each SELECTED food vendor is encouraged to have at least one item featuring strawberries. 

5.     Power sources are limited and there is a charge. $50 dollars for 220v Outlets, and $20 for each 110v outlet you use. Request power ONLY if necessary! 110 outlets are limited to 20 amps each.   If you need more than 20 amps you will need to order more than 1 outlet (fees apply). 220v outlets are limited to 1st come 1st served and you are responsible for connecting plugs and cords. (PLEASE CALL!)

6.     NO LARGE trailers will be permitted! Small "Carts" that fit within the 12'x12' space will be permitted - enclose a PHOTO of your cart.  You are required if cooking to bring a tarp to cook over.  If you do not have one, one will be provided for you at a cost of $5.00.

7.     SELECTED Participants will be given arrival and event set up information including location and times.  Vendors not following those instructions will not be permitted into the site and will not receive a refund.
